Job Summary
Forward Deployed Engineer at Salesforce (Agentforce) responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI/LLM-based solutions. Lead architecture, design, and hands-on implementation of bespoke intelligent agents using the Agentforce platform, integrating with customer ecosystems and enterprise data pipelines. Own data modeling, data integration, and production deployments; write critical code and troubleshoot, while mentoring junior engineers. Collaborate with customers to translate business requirements into technical designs, drive rapid prototyping, enforce engineering best practices, and influence product direction through field insights. Requires deep experience with AI/LLM technologies, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Apex/Python/Java, and extensive Salesforce platform expertise. Travel up to 60% to client sites; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on end-to-end delivery in production solutions
- Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
- Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex)
- Extensive hands-on experience building AI/LLM solutions and agentic frameworks
- Experience with enterprise data platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery)
- Significant experience with Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and development
- Ability to travel up to 60%
- Proven ability to lead technical engagements and mentor juniors
- Fluency in English and Spanish
