Job Summary
Solution Engineer/Architect for Agentforce and Salesforce D360 at senior level focusing on designing, validating, and operationalizing enterprise-grade data and AI architectures. Responsible for leading pre-sales technical design, prototyping, demos, and enablement; integrating external agents and hyperscalers; shaping prompt engineering and lifecycle strategies; creating technical documentation and best practices; and guiding customers and internal teams to scalable, compliant solutions. Requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, D360, external agent ecosystems, cloud data stacks, and strong communication skills to articulate value across executives, architects, and engineers. Strong emphasis on interoperability, governance, and delivering practical, repeatable technical solutions and demos.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years hands-on experience designing and delivering data, analytics, and AI architectures in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and deep fluency with D360 and core Salesforce platform services
- External ecosystem knowledge and interoperability
- Proven track record in prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and hands-on prototype development
- Experience with machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI) and ability to communicate value to diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift) and data ingestion patterns (batch, streaming, CDC)
- Proficiency in programming (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, R) and data frameworks (pandas, Jupyter)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to guide stakeholders
- Curiosity and continuous learning in AI frameworks and cutting-edge technologies
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent technical field
