Job Summary
Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent for an airline company in Lisbon. Responsibilities include delivering customer support via calls, emails, and chat; handling information and sales inquiries, as well as complaints; managing sensitive customer cases including regulatory escalations; overseeing booking management (creating, modifying, or cancelling reservations); supporting back-office operations (ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations); providing real-time, accurate information to help customers make informed decisions; exceeding customer expectations by delivering memorable, positive experiences; actively listening to customers, acknowledging their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service in the same role (mandatory)
- Spanish C1 + English B2
- Previous experience as a tourism or travel representative is a plus
- Strong communication skills, empathy, collaborative spirit
- GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo preferred
- Flexibility and availability to work on rotational shifts
