Job Summary
Monitor operations in the Americas through virtual camera rounds, focusing on processes, HSE, and safety. Conduct remote process audits via cameras and systems while following instructions in English and Portuguese. Report and address deviations to local security and supervision teams, and handle intrusion alerts generated by systems. Collaborate with inventory teams to prevent financial losses by analyzing product shortages and preparing monthly performance indicators for local management. Draft reports in both English and Portuguese. Shift: 2nd shift (15:14–00:38). Requires advanced English proficiency and a high school diploma. Bachelor's degree in logistics or quality is a plus.
