As an Agente de Soporte Técnico, you will provide first-level technical support for electronic products, including televisions, helping customers with usage, configuration, and connectivity. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting basic issues, documenting interactions in the CRM, and escalating complex cases. The role requires a proactive approach in researching solutions and maintaining professionalism in customer interactions. Required qualifications include proven experience in technical support, strong knowledge of smart TV technologies, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in technical support of electronic products
- Ability to learn quickly about products and solutions
- Available to work from 12:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual level in Spanish and advanced level in English
- Proven experience in technical support of electronic products, preferably televisions or similar devices for 1-2 years
- Solid knowledge in technologies related to smart TVs, connectivity, and technological devices
- Advanced skills in computer handling, including the creation and management of dynamic tables and reports
- Analytical skills, proactivity, and autonomy to investigate and resolve incidents
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation
