Job Summary
Provide high-quality technical support to internal and external users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues on computers, mobile devices, and printers. Configure and maintain workstations and mobile devices, including software installation and updates, while collaborating with the IT team to implement information security policies and ensure data integrity. Requires prior technical support experience, proficiency in Windows, MacOS, and Linux, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
Required Qualifications
