Process guest check-ins/check-outs, manage room assignments and requests; secure payments, bill adjustments, issue/activate room keys; coordinate with housekeeping; verify billing; answer guest calls/inquiries; arrange transportation; operate telephone switchboard; run and check daily reports; file guest paperwork; ensure compliance with company policies; maintain professional appearance; stand/sit/walk for extended periods; assist guests including individuals with disabilities; no related work experience required; education required: high school diploma or GED; location: Donostia/San Sebastián, Gipuzkoa, Spain; contract type: temporary seasonal position (contrato fijo discontinuo).
