Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for incoming customer interactions, utilizing documented procedures to resolve inquiries in the first contact and retain policyholders. Document auxiliary commercial information and interaction details while leveraging sales, marketing, and influence skills to acquire and retain insured clients through cross-selling opportunities. Escalate complex issues as needed and use multiple applications to gather data, notify business partners, and report claims. Maintain account management tasks using knowledge bases and training materials to answer questions accurately and sell appropriate products and services. Adhere to confidentiality requirements, attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on program changes, and comply with all attendance and scheduling mandates. Submit to a Level II background investigation and drug screening as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- 18 años de edad o más
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas, escritas y de comunicación oral
- Capacidad para escribir rápidamente y con precisión (más de 20 palabras por minuto)
- Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Comprensión básica del sistema operativo Windows
- Altamente confiable, con la capacidad de mantener una asistencia regular y puntualidad
- Capacidad para evaluar, solucionar problemas y dar seguimiento a problemas de clientes
- Aptitud para la resolución de conflictos, la resolución de problemas y la negociación
- Orientado al servicio al cliente (empático, receptivo, paciente y concienzudo)
- Capacidad para realizar varias tareas, mantenerse enfocado y autogestionarse
- Fuerte orientación hacia el trabajo en equipo y enfoque en el cliente
- Capacidad para prosperar en un entorno de ritmo rápido donde el cambio y la ambigüedad son prevalentes
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para establecer relaciones con su equipo y clientes
- Capacidad para leer y hablar inglés con fluidez
- Licencia de Propiedad y Accidentes
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
