Manage the internal reservation system efficiently and precisely while providing direct, friendly, and timely assistance to users and guests via video camera. Verify and validate client personal data during registration, process and record payments securely on the hotel's computer platform, and assign room access codes to allow seamless guest entry. This full-time remote role requires a stable high-speed internet connection, a quality webcam kept on during the shift, dual monitors, a headset with a microphone, a quality cell phone, and a mini UPS for power continuity.
