Job Summary
Conduct in-store customer service and execute active street prospecting for internet and telecom solutions in Garibaldi. Manage administrative tasks via spreadsheets and systems while supporting local events to drive brand awareness. Rotate between the retail unit and field sales to build trust with clients and achieve performance targets. Requires high energy, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Ensino Médio Completo
- Facilidade e afinidade com área comercial / vendas
- Conhecimento em informática básica, navegação na internet e noções de atendimento via mídias sociais
- Domínio básico em ferramentas administrativas (planilhas e Google Workspace)
- Excelente comunicação verbal, boa escuta e facilidade de conexão com pessoas
- Empatia e atitude orientada à resolução das necessidades do cliente
- Proatividade, determinação e foco no atingimento de metas
- Organização para gerenciar a rotina dividida entre a unidade e o trabalho em campo
Desired Qualifications
- Experiência prévia em área comercial / vendas
- Possuir CNH Categoria B ativa
