Patrol property and assist guests with room access; monitor CCTV and alarms; lock entrances when required; conduct daily hazard inspections; respond to accidents and emergencies, provide first aid/CPR as required, and notify appropriate personnel. Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and complete incident reports to document Loss Prevention activities. Maintain confidentiality of security documents, follow all company policies, and communicate professionally. Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and comply with quality standards. Read and visually verify information, operate computers/POS systems, and perform duties requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds (with assistance for heavier items). Some states may have additional licensing/registration requirements to be considered for this position. Education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent; related work experience not required; no supervisory experience.
