Conduct daily credit collection, verify loan application usage, and establish contact with clients to fulfill microfinance program steps. Gather economic and financial data from clients' workplaces to analyze credit approval, while attending to credit requests and visiting potential customers to inform them of proposal directions per policy manuals. Execute client outreach through promotions and informational lectures on microfinance products to attract new assets and maintain existing ones. Develop operational action plans for your client portfolio according to established targets. Requires high school completion, computer literacy, and experience in sales, negotiation, and customer service. Full-time role with 40-hour weeks from 08:00h to 17:00h, Monday through Friday.
