Conduct daily credit acquisition, analysis, and negotiation for small agro-entrepreneurs within the Microfinances program. Manage client interactions through in-person, phone, or email channels while providing guidance on credit administration and enforcing immediate collection on overdue accounts. Perform prospecting for new clients and execute intermunicipal travel as required. Requires high communication skills, proactivity, and experience in sales or agricultural sectors. Monthly workload spans 200 hours.
