Job Summary
Conduct daily outreach to clients for the Agroamigo Microfinancing program, performing prospecting, credit acquisition, analysis, and negotiation for small entrepreneurs. Manage the full credit lifecycle including client orientation on credit administration and immediate collection of overdue payments. Provide in-person, telephone, and email support to customers while maintaining records via Office tools. Travel intermunicipally as required to serve rural communities. This role supports the INEC mission of strengthening citizenship and community development through accessible financial services.
