Conduct daily credit acquisition, analysis, and negotiation for small agro-entrepreneurs within the Microfinancing program. Deliver in-person, telephone, and email client support while providing guidance on credit administration and managing immediate collections on overdue accounts. Perform prospecting to identify new clients and maintain records for the team. Requires high communication skills and proactivity in client outreach.
