Conduct daily client outreach via phone, email, or in-person meetings for the Agroamigo Microfinance program. Perform credit acquisition, analysis, and negotiation for small entrepreneurs, while providing guidance on credit administration and immediate collection of overdue payments. Proactively prospect new clients and manage the full credit lifecycle for rural micro-entrepreneurs. Requires medium education, Office proficiency, and intermunicipal travel availability. Base salary is R$ 1,789.15 with variable components up to R$ 3,458.02. Monthly workload is 200 hours. INEC offers medical, dental, and emotional health plans, plus food and basic basket allowances.
