Guest Environment Experts will maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including cleaning rooms and public spaces, delivering guest requests, stocking carts, and performing related housekeeping duties to ensure a memorable guest experience. They must be on their feet, able to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds, and adhere to safety, company policies, confidentiality, quality standards, and professional grooming and communications.
