Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive training on Landstar systems, tools, and sites through engaging virtual sessions and weekly workshops for agency staff. Monitor new agent performance at 45/90/180-day intervals and process customer account inquiries while serving as the initial corporate point of contact. Provide operational support and system demonstrations as requested, collaborating with Region Team personnel to foster positive relationships. Requires one year of customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to travel for onsite training. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST in a hybrid Jacksonville location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General education degree (GED)
- One year of customer service in an office setting
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge
- Ability to analyze and apply critical thinking to solve issues in a timely manner
- Effective communication skills in all modes
- Ability to travel as required for onsite training or meetings and pre-pay for approved reimbursable expenses (i.e. hotel, meals, rental vehicles). Flights are paid for by the Company in advance.
Desired Qualifications
- One-year transportation experience
- 6 months of presentation experience, training experience, or equivalent of both
