Job Summary
Technical Agent needed at Rolls-Royce in Montréal/Lachine to support maintenance documentation, data management and engineering change processes. Responsibilities include issuing shop paperwork per engineering instructions, performing seal and reset and ERP2 tasks, monitoring and supporting the documentation change control process, publishing technical data, updating and maintaining change-control tools and maintenance data, providing engine records from storage, and developing SAP reports/KPI dashboards for Engineering and project data. Requires DEC, bilingual in French and English, and Canadian citizenship or permanent residence; experience with gas turbine engines, SAP, Microsoft Office, and technical writing; collaborative, organized, and able to work in an international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC)
- Fully fluent in French and English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Must be Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada
- Understanding of gas turbine engines
- Understanding of Repair & Overhaul activities including airworthiness rules
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good working knowledge of SAP functions related to production, inspection and task planning activities
- Working knowledge of Test/Engine Systems
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Technical writing
- Organised
