Agent technique polyvalent (H/F)

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance interventions, verify installations to prevent malfunctions, and manage waste, heating wood, bicycles, and company vehicles. Perform lawn mowing, garden bed maintenance, and minor landscaping tasks. Handle delivery reception and storage, and ensure upkeep of aquatic spaces including pools and jacuzzis. Execute assigned duties under the direction of the technical manager. Work a 39-hour week with flexible availability.
