Job Summary
Manage your portfolio of clients as the primary point of contact between borrowers, lenders, and external counsel for syndicated loan deals. Review loan documentation from an operability perspective to ensure adherence to standards and templates, while capturing and maintaining deals in our systems. Collaborate with originating business and legal teams to negotiate comments and proactively manage deal closing processes, including funds flow and amendments. Proactively manage day-to-day run activities such as drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and fee adjustments, overseeing offshore support teams to deliver a high-quality product. Requires at least three years of syndicated loan experience and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience with syndicated loans
- Client focussed with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple demand and prioritize tasks
- Affinity and (deep) understanding of complex Lending structures
- Ability to read and interpret credit agreement
- Prepared to 'go the extra mile'
- Ability to be flexible and act under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as an Agent is preferred
- Experience with our application LoanIQ is a plus
