Job Summary

Agent Support Representative provides specialized sales service support to Sola’s sales Agents, serving as main point of contact to ensure agent success and satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via email/phone, processing and resolving service tickets related to merchant credit card processing, communicating policies and procedures, managing the support queue, documenting issues, escalating to minimize disruption, building training materials, acting as liaison between agents and internal departments, analyzing data/workflows to identify root causes, and recommending improvements. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred), 6–12 months of service experience preferred, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-site offices in Brooklyn, NY and Howell, NJ with hourly pay range $25-$32+. Equal opportunity employer.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
  • Minimum six months to one year of service experience preferred
  • Excellent telephone, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems
  • Proficient keyboard and computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven commitment to high quality customer service
