Agent Sales Coach - Part-Time - (REMOTE)

Job Summary
Part-time Agent Sales Coach (remote, US) supports Zoocasa’s inside sales by coaching agents in your pool, onboarding, training, and accountability. Responsibilities include coaching and negotiation support, increasing agent productivity through regular accountability calls, running engaging training sessions, refining onboarding materials, designing and iterating sales processes and training materials, and coordinating full pipeline management with the Inside Sales Manager. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of sales experience; associate’s degree preferred; familiarity with Google Suite, FollowUpBoss, SkySlope, Canva, Skool, and related sales tools. Fully remote in the United States; six-month temporary contract with potential to transition to permanent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience
- Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Sales
- Proficiency with Google Suite, FollowUpBoss, SkySlope, Canva, Skool
