Job Summary
As an Agent Team Member for a State Farm independent contractor agent, you will establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, while maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to success. This role requires sales experience and skills in organization, motivation, and multitasking to meet sales goals. You will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus and paid time off.
