Job Summary
Manage reservations through phone and email, handling all enquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism. Actively sell through effective upselling and cross-selling while maintaining Forbes-level service standards. Process bookings for individual guests, corporate partners, travel agencies, and VIP requests, ensuring alignment with rate structures and contractual agreements. Work closely with internal teams to support guest satisfaction and contribute to departmental performance targets. This role is central to delivering a seamless guest booking experience while maximizing revenue opportunities across rooms and dining at the new One&Only One Za'abeel resort in Dubai.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a similar reservations or call center role within a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems such as PMS or Synxis
- Commercial awareness with a sales driven mindset
- Flexibility, reliability, and a consistently professional approach
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic is highly regarded
