Job Summary
Agent Recruiting Supervisor leads and develops the Agent Relations recruiting team to hit sales, membership growth, and agent recruitment targets. Drives recruitment of independent agents/agencies, expands carrier/product-line opportunities with existing partners, coaches on performance, oversees CRM activity and pipeline status, and collaborates with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Carrier Relations to improve recruiting effectiveness. Emphasizes strategic direction, coaching, training programs, and regulatory/compliance awareness to ensure partner experiences and recruiting outcomes meet standards. Must manage outreach campaigns (cold calling, prospecting, relationship-building), maintain recruiter productivity, and support peak enrollment periods.

- Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships with agents, agencies, carrier partners, and internal stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines while maintaining high-quality results
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to motivate teams and drive performance through accountability and positive leadership
- Knowledge of recruiting, sales pipeline management, and relationship management best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and Salesforce preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
