Build AI agents for risk and compliance by partnering with engineers and customers to ship decision logic inside fraud and risk workflows. Translate customer investigation SOPs into agent requirements and map due diligence obligations across jurisdictions. Own the customer relationship and outcome as the strategic advisor defining success metrics for each deployment. Grow the account by identifying expansion opportunities and shape the long-term roadmap based on patterns observed across accounts. Design human escalation paths for decisions the agent won't make independently.
