Job Summary
Lead AI R&D efforts for Agent technology stack, design and implement large-model Agent architectures, multi-agent collaboration, autonomous decision-making, and tool invocation. Oversee NLP, reinforcement learning, planning, and intelligent scheduling; drive architecture selection, development processes, and quality control while balancing innovation with delivery. Build and guide a technical team, establish体系 and talent pipeline, and coordinate with business and capital stakeholders. Drive AI frontier technologies and enable commercialization and scalable deployment of Agent products.
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历
- 8 年以上 AI 研发经验
- 3 年以上团队管理 / CTO 负责人经验
- 深耕大模型 Agent 领域
- 熟悉智能体架构、记忆机制、任务拆解、工具链集成、多 Agent 协同
- 精通 NLP、深度学习、强化学习等算法
- 有完整 Agent 产品 / 项目从 0 到 1 落地经验
- 具备全局架构能力
- 懂前后端研发体系
- 具备商业思维与落地能力,适应创业型团队节奏
