Job Summary
As Agent Oversight Analyst at Western Union in New Zealand, you will coordinate the agent oversight program and provide AML/CTF compliance support to new and existing Agents and their affiliates. You will analyze internal controls and AML compliance programs, provide back-office support to agent oversight processes, follow up on agents with identified improvements, and assist with projects assigned by Management. The role requires minimum 3 years in Compliance, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to apply industry standards to assess agent compliance programs. This position emphasizes in-person collaboration with management and teams, while offering hybrid work arrangements and NZ-specific benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Compliance field
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to analyze and assess compliance programs and controls
- Ability to learn and apply industry standards
- Excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with AML/CTF regulations and money services businesses (MSB) is a plus
