Job Summary
The Regional Lead for Agent Operations at Wave will manage the agent network acquiring and operations for Burkina Faso, supervising Agent Openers. Responsibilities include agent growth through identifying new opportunities, ensuring compliance for agent contracting, overseeing training and activation, managing liquidity at agent locations, and conducting risk management. Candidates must have a Master’s degree, be fluent in both English and French, and possess at least 5 years of experience in managing agent networks, with a focus on field teams.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Fluency in French
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience managing an agent network
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing field-based teams
- Experience overseeing agent network activities in upcountry
