Job Summary
The Agent - Luggage is responsible for transporting guest luggage and enhancing guest experiences by providing detailed information on hotel services and local attractions. Duties include managing guest luggage, driving house cars, maintaining safety standards, and consistently delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
- High school diploma
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Driver’s License
- 1 year of experience as a Luggage Agent or Bellman in a hotel or resort
- Current DMV report
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift or carry 50 pounds, unassisted
