Drive core R&D on large model agents, multi-agent collaboration, autonomous decision-making, and tool invocation. Oversee NLP, reinforcement learning, and planning inference algorithms to refine product capabilities and deployment outcomes. Manage technical roadmap selection, architecture design, and quality control while balancing innovation with delivery efficiency. Build the algorithm and engineering team, establish technical systems, and align with business and capital stakeholders. Advance AI frontier technologies to enable commercialization and scalable scenario reuse.
