Agent/Lead Agent - Distribution Warehouse

Job Summary
Daily process and input of customer orders and distribution accounts; issue Inbound Receiving Manifests and Delivery Orders to service providers; provide daily operational reports; run stock reports to check product availability; perform accurate data entry for receiving orders, shipping and inventory management; coordinate special, last-minute shipping requests with Transportation and Operations; trace orders and notify customers of activity; liaise with service providers for updates on product handling and delivery; maintain relationships with customers by responding to inquiries and complaints; meet compliance with OPS and external regulations; promote adherence to company policies; support other product teams in operations tasks; opportunities for internal promotion and a focus on operational efficiency and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- University/ College degree or equivalent qualifications
- Experience in Warehouse / Contract logistic service provider is an advantage
- Good English communication
- Good PC knowledge
- Willing to put in extra hours
- Well-organized, innovative, self-motivated
- Able to work well in team, under high pressure and tight deadline
- Good problem-solving skill
