Required Qualifications
- 1+ year sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in phone conversations and sales closings
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take coaching
- Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
