Job Summary
Agent in Training to join the Ben Charney Agency, Grand Rapids, offering a pathway in insurance sales with comprehensive training and mentorship. Responsibilities include generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, converting leads into policies, consulting with clients to determine insurance needs, selling and cross-selling Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies, maintaining client relationships with ongoing support and policy reviews, achieving sales targets, staying updated on products and compliance, using CRM to manage leads and renewals, and contributing to sales strategies in team meetings. Required experience includes 1+ year in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred); strong communication and negotiation skills; outbound calling and closing sales capability; eagerness to learn and coachability; strong organizational/time-management skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
