Job Summary
Proactively identify and engage new prospects, tailoring customized insurance solutions for individuals and businesses across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines. Advise clients on coverage needs, cross-sell diverse products, and build enduring relationships through exceptional support and policy reviews. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer renewals while collaborating with teammates to develop strategies and exceed sales targets. Stay current on product knowledge and industry compliance throughout the process.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in both phone and in-person sales
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Results-driven, enthusiastic approach
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace feedback
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
