Job Summary
Conduct prospecting for land, office, villa, or apartment buyers through social media and direct outreach. Accompany prospects on site visits and provide real estate advice to guide them through the selection process. Conclude sales transactions by applying proven negotiation and sales techniques. Requires significant prior experience in real estate sales or commercial roles, a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and autonomy.
