Job Summary
Check guests in and out, manage bookings, and handle cash and credit transactions while up-selling stay improvements. Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, record preferences, and address messages, requests, and concerns. Act as a trusted contact for bill issues and local knowledge, reporting incidents and wearing protective gear as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and assist with ad-hoc duties. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts are required. This role supports the warm atmosphere that makes guests feel at home at our hotels.
Required Qualifications
- Communication skills

- Fluency in the local language
- Literate and tech-savvy

- High school diploma or qualification
- At least one year in a front desk or guest service position
- Strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg)
