Job Summary
Agent Experience Manager at Compass, based fully in-office in Beverly Hills, CA. You will be the first point of contact for high-touch agent customers, serving as their day-to-day account manager, providing 1:1 and group training on Compass tools and programs, marketing collateral support, and liaison with the marketing team for complex requests. You’ll partner with Onboarding for welcomed customers, support office openings and national initiatives, collaborate across teams to relay agent feedback, mentor the Agent Experience Coordinators, and contribute to a culture that prioritizes agent growth and world-class service. Strong emphasis on customer support, trainer capabilities, relationship-building with agent decision-makers, and excellent written and verbal communication. The role requires in-office presence, a proactive mindset, and the ability to craft compelling marketing collateral and training materials.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
- Experience in real estate is a plus
- Experience with live or virtual training is a plus
- Experience with enterprise technology (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus
- Ability to establish credibility with agent decision-makers and influencers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
