Job Summary
Agent Experience Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day point of contact, delivering 1:1 and group training on Compass tools and programs, providing marketing support through collateral creation and liaison to marketing specialists, onboarding new customers in collaboration with the Onboarding team, and supporting office openings, national initiatives, and expansion/M&A activities. Requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to work in-office in Oakland, and proficiency with customer-facing roles and enterprise platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence). Strong writing and design sensibilities, meticulous organization, and a customer-centric mindset are valued.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
- Previous experience in real estate a plus
- Previous experience with live or remote training a plus
- Previous experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) a plus
