Job Summary

In-office role supporting agents with marketing materials, CMA/BPO preparation, database management, website maintenance, client correspondence, and general administrative tasks. Responsibilities include creating promotional pieces, assisting with marketing plans and agent training, helping new agents set up their offices and MLS access, processing license transfers/renewals, data entry and reporting, maintenance of databases and farming lists, and providing back-up support for office staff. Requires 1-3 years clerical experience, strong MS Office and Canva skills, and real estate knowledge preferred; 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday, based in the Greenfield, WI office with occasional travel to other locations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalent
  • One to three years clerical or administrative experience
  • Marketing and social platforms experience preferred
  • Real estate knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred
  • Strong computer/technology skills: proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a strong customer service focus
  • Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
  • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure
