Job Summary
Agent Experience Coordinator at Compass, based in the New Orleans office (100% in-office). You will welcome guests, manage mail distribution, facilitate in-office event setup, maintain the office’s appearance and organization, and handle inventory, while escalating facilities issues as needed. You’ll provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and adjacent services, assist with marketing requests by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing specialists, and collaborate with team members to relay questions and feedback from agents. Additional duties include troubleshooting technology and devices, supporting sales meeting preparation, data entry, and office-wide communications. The role requires strong customer-service orientation, excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving ability, and meticulous organization, with the physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds. The position emphasizes a culture-driven, collaborative environment with a focus on delivering a world-class experience for agents and customers.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
- Previous experience in real estate a plus
- Previous experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) a plus
- Great listening skills, connects well with others, and is empathetic of the customer’s pain points
- A passion for creating community within a space; you encourage in-office interaction, bonding and engagement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to adapt and formulate solutions quickly
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized
- Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
