Job Summary
Agent Engineering Intern responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI agents, supporting Proof of Concept development, owning end-to-end delivery of agent implementations, and interfacing with clients. Responsibilities include evaluating agent interactions against a quality rubric, reporting findings, flagging issues, identifying improvement opportunities for prompts and workflows, collaborating with the Operations team on training and product enhancements, and contributing to weekly quality reports. Requires familiarity with AI technologies, software testing concepts, attention to detail, strong communication, and both Arabic and English fluency; based in Riyadh.
Required Qualifications
- Final semester or recent university graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Interest in software quality assurance, testing, and AI technologies
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
- Familiarity with testing tools or programming languages is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak and write fluently in both Arabic & English
- Must be based in Riyadh
