Welcome visitors and orient them to required services while promoting all association offerings to both members and non-members. Organize training rooms, prepare didactic materials, and supervise RBQ exams. Confirm attendance and documentation, manage billing, and advise members on CCDC and ACC contracts. Translate documents and participate in various committees. Maintain effective and cordial exchanges with the association's members. This permanent role involves 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.
