Job Summary
Conduct customer service as a private property damage insurance agent by maintaining trusted relationships with policyholders and proposing appropriate products and services. Analyze current and future member needs to offer tailored auto and home insurance protections, while responding to member requests and delivering exceptional service. Requires a valid AMF license for private property damage insurance, relevant experience, and advanced English proficiency for complex interactions. Full-time role with evolving salary scales, collective insurance, and employee assistance programs. Located at one of our offices in La Prairie, Saint-Georges, Thetford Mines, Laurier-Station, Lévis, Ste-Marie, or Waterloo.
Required Qualifications
- Permis en règle de l'AMF en assurance de dommages des particuliers obligatoire
- Expérience pertinente en assurance de dommages
- Maîtrise avancée de la langue anglaise, autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques
- Autonomie et rigueur
- Excellent esprit d'équipe et de collaboration
