Job Summary
Engage in non-promotional, peer-to-peer exchanges of medical and scientific information with Scientific Leaders and Key Decision Makers, utilizing approved scientific materials to address unsolicited inquiries. Represent Medical Affairs at local or regional non-promotional events, such as medical congresses and symposia, while collaborating on pre- and post-event coordination. Organize and participate in scientific exchange activities, including expert forums and advisory boards, to gather insights on disease, therapeutic areas, and data gaps. Support internal efforts by identifying potential study investigators and directing stakeholders to resources for grants and clinical trials. Provide on-label or disease state scientific training to commercial colleagues when requested. This role requires fluency in both English and French, a degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a related health science field, and the ability to travel extensively (up to 50% of working time). Candidates must demonstrate strong ethics and a solid understanding of industry regulations and Organon's code of conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme en médecine (MD), doctorat en sciences de la santé (PhD), diplôme en pharmacie (PharmD) ou maîtrise en sciences (MSc)
- Solide compréhension scientifique et empressement à continuer d'apprendre sur un domaine thérapeutique spécifique
- Capacité de présenter des informations scientifiques et d'autres informations techniques avec confiance, d'une manière qui engendre la confiance et la crédibilité
- Excellentes compétences en communication, y compris des compétences d'écoute et d'approfondissement, dans une variété de publics internes et externes
- Solides compétences en collaboration et capacité à fonctionner dans un environnement d'équipe
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps et à travailler sous pression
- Disponibilité pour effectuer des déplacements fréquents (jusqu'à 50 % du temps de travail)
- Une maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, avec de solides compétences en communication orale et écrite dans les deux langues
Desired Qualifications
- Expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique est un atout
- La connaissance et l'expérience dans le domaine de biologiques sont un atout
