Agent(e) de gestion financière

Supervise daily activities in the accounts payable sector and distributes work within the team. Perform bank reconciliations and participate in period-end closures. Process expense claims and handle prepaid expense reimbursements. Manage supplier relationships and trigger payments. Support the finance director on various financial projects, analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to the fiscal year-end mandate (AS-425) and prepare the quarterly TPS/TVQ remittance report. Requires a bachelor's degree in administrative sciences or related field, with relevant experience in financial accounting and accounts payable. Master of Excel and accounting software is an asset. Knowledge of the health and social services network is an asset.
