Job Summary
Analyze customer and internal documents, including engineering drawings and specifications, to prepare manufacturing work instructions and validate technical data for accuracy. Determine optimal production sequences, manage data workflows via SmarTeam and ETM, and address engineering modification requests. Provide technical assistance for production during problem-solving initiatives and contribute to manufacturing method improvements. Requires a college degree, two years of methods or manufacturing experience, proficiency in reading engineering drawings, and fluency in French and English. Reports to the Industrialization Manager within Safran Cabin, the world-leading supplier of aircraft cabin interiors.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in methods or manufacturing/production
- Microsoft Office
- SmarTeam
- Catia V5
- Catia Composer
- Proficient with reading engineering drawings
- Working understanding of manufacturing materials and processes
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate in French and English
