Job Summary
Agent Deployment Architect responsible for leading end-to-end deployment and customization of Hippocratic AI's healthcare LLM solutions at client sites; serves as the bridge between engineering and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations; rapidly prototypes integrations, builds internal tooling, and configures systems to meet client needs; owns the deployment lifecycle from onboarding to validation and troubleshooting; partners with product and clinical teams to surface insights and inform the product roadmap; onsite role based in Duarte, CA with five days per week at the client site and occasional travel to Hippocratic AI headquarters in Palo Alto, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles involving customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering
- Deep experience integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena), CRMs, or population health platforms
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7v2, etc.)
- Experience working in complex technical environments within health systems, payors, or digital health
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical requirements across diverse stakeholders
- Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations or immunizations
