Job Summary
Lead client engagements by guiding end-to-end solution deployment and customization across payor, provider, and digital health sectors. Act as the bridge between engineering and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations, while rapidly prototyping integrations, building internal tooling, and configuring systems to meet specific needs. Own the technical deployment lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting. Partner cross-functionally with product and clinical teams to surface insights and inform the product roadmap. This onsite role requires five days per week at the client site in Columbus, OH, with occasional travel to headquarters for strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles involving customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering
- Deep experience integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena), CRMs, or population health platforms
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7v2, etc.)
- Experience working in complex technical environments within health systems, payors, or digital health
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical requirements across diverse stakeholders
- Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations or immunizations, as mandated by the healthcare facilities where you will be deployed
- This is an onsite role based in Columbus, OH, with five days per week at the client site and occasional travel to Hippocratic AI headquarters (Palo Alto, CA) for strategic planning and team sessions

- Strong Python skills and comfort with debugging and writing scripts as needed
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and secure data practices
